How to enroll
You can ask to enroll on a course page, by phone or at the school. A request sent on the website reserves nothing yet: our team calls you to answer your questions and confirm the session, the schedule and the price. Your enrollment is final once you have confirmed it and made the payment agreed with you.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD). The price shown on a course page is for the whole course, unless stated otherwise; courses without a price are quoted on request. The price that applies is the one confirmed when you enroll. Payment, in one go or in several instalments, is agreed when you enroll and written on your receipt.
Courses
Courses take place at the school, online or both, as shown on each course page. Schedules, trainers or rooms may change for organisational reasons: we tell you in advance. If a session doesn’t have enough participants, we may postpone or cancel it; you then choose between another session and a full refund of what you paid for it.
Certificates
A certificate is awarded to students who attend the course regularly and complete its assessments or final project.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your enrollment free of charge up to 7 days before the course starts, and we refund everything you paid. After that, and once the course has started, the amounts paid remain due. If you can’t continue for a serious reason, such as illness, tell us: we offer you a place in a later session.
Kids Academy
A parent or legal guardian enrolls the child and remains responsible for them outside class times. Children are supervised during the sessions; please bring and pick them up on time, and tell us about any health matter we should know.
Behaviour
Students respect the trainers, the other students, the premises and the equipment. A student whose behaviour seriously disrupts a course may be excluded, after being heard, and the sessions concerned are not refunded.
Co-working space
A reservation sent on the website is a request: we confirm availability with you before anything is booked. Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen, monthly or yearly, and are only renewed if you ask. Business domiciliation requires the documents asked by law. Members follow the house rules of the space.
Photos and testimonials
We only publish photos, videos or testimonials of students with their consent, or a parent’s consent for minors. You can withdraw it at any time.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first at contact@codeandsens.com or +213 554 95 93 57 so we can find a solution together. These terms are governed by Algerian law, including the rules on consumer protection (Law No. 09-03 of 25 February 2009, as amended). Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts of Algiers have jurisdiction.
